SHIPPING, ORDERS and RETURNS

Order and Shipping:

• All orders are being shipped from Poland via the Polish post office (Poczta Polska).
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order.
• Nogaravin’s soft toys and objects are hand made and might take up to 2 weeks until they will be ready to ship to you.

Returns:

• We want you to be happy with your order!
• If for some reason you are not satisfied, items can be returned within the following 14 calendar days from the reception date.
• Returned products should be in perfect conditions.
• To make a return you please contact [email protected] , otherwise  The returns will not be accepted.
• If the cause of the return is due to a defective or mistaken article, Nogaravin will pay the return costs and the new delivery, if it is requested.
• If the cause is any other, the customer should take over the costs that the delivery provokes.

Privacy policy:

Your privacy is being kept in accordance with the RODO European Union regulations. Nogaravin will not transfer your personal information to any third party, or use it in ways that are not in accordance to what you have agreed upon.
